This is a guided closed-eye experience that first leads you through a short muscle tension/release and then evokes sensations of looseness and heaviness in major body parts to induce deep relaxation.

When muscles are relaxed, they feel loose and heavy. By imagining loose, heaviness in muscle groupings, you may train your body to bring on a relaxed state.

With sufficient practice, just by imagining loose, heavy sensations in body parts you can skilfully turn on full mind-body relaxation. You will be able to gain control over your mental and emotional reactions in a new way.
