Inner Stillness

This closed eye experience starts with several minutes of deep, full breathing to remind your body how to breathe correctly from the diaphragm, to quiet your systems, and better oxygenate both body and brain.

You are then guided through The Cortical Relaxation in which you imagine simple images on the right and left sides of your brain. The focus of the mind in this way is both engaging and effective for almost everyone.

Keep your forehead and jaw relaxed. Don’t try too hard. Done regularly, it offers the health benefits of good stress release and also it provides an intriguing tool to stimulate the brain. It’s good for quieting an overactive mind and stimulating creativity.
