This is a closed-eye guided experience divided into two stages. In the first stage, you are led through Polarity Breathing, deeply breathing in positive, healing emotions and exhaling negative feelings and thoughts for several minutes.
You are then guided through The Healing Light, a mental journey inside the body and out into the universe.
The images you are invited to imagine keep your mind focused and the flowing mental journey provides both inner calm and, for some, an exhilarating feeling of well-being and joy.
The combined breathing and mental engagement makes this very effective for most people, especially for those who are good visualizers.
