Focused Intention

This is a closed-eye experience that takes you to an optimal state where the left and right hemispheres of your brain and your body and mind are led into greater balance. You are then guided to visualize the successful achievement of a goal.

It begins with deep, full breathing to focus the mind and reduce your tension, visualizing the colours of the rainbow coming in and out of your lungs.

Then evoking sensations of loose heaviness, doing a body scan, and focused nostril breathing takes you to a relaxed alert state that is most appropriate to mentally visualize the achievement of your goals.

This is used for enhancing job and sports performance, self-healing, changing habits and upon whatever you wish to focus your intention.
