This is a video training session that teaches simple yet powerful exercises to unlock chronically tense muscles in the neck and shoulders.
The movements are performed in conjunction with specific breathing patterns and, over a short period of practice, the ability to release tightness and pain in these muscles occurs. These exercises are done slowly as they are learned and become faster as proficiency develops.
Doing it several times will train you to do it well on your own.
The Dystension exercises are good to do before doing a closed eye relaxation as the breathing and tension release they provide work to enhance the relaxation experience.
