A Clear Mind

This is a closed-eye meditative experience that guides you to the one-pointed mental focus needed to bring on effective stress release.

You begin the inward focus by first imagining your body being empty. Your attention is then directed to watching the breath crossing your nostrils and to a body scan to release your muscle tightness.

Your mind is then mindfully focused on each breath, counting sequentially from one to four. This is a simple but powerful way to improve concentration while gaining relief from stress.

It is also a practical way to bring relaxation relief to the body, mind and emotions. With practice, and in conjunction with other experiences in this program, this becomes more and more effective.
